Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal request to restrict your Stack.bet account from gambling for a minimum period of 6 months.

Submitting a request

You can request self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. You must be logged in so the request can be tied securely to your account. Submitting the form creates a pending request and notifies the administrator for review; it does not activate the exclusion by itself.

Only one self-exclusion request can be pending for an account at a time. If you need urgent help while a request is pending, stop playing and contact support@stack.bet from your registered email address.

02

When the exclusion is applied

Once an administrator applies the request, gambling, deposits, and promotional participation are restricted for the account. The minimum period begins when the exclusion is applied, not when the request is submitted.

An approved exclusion cannot be ended before its minimum period. Account access needed for support, verification, or permitted withdrawals may remain available subject to the Terms and applicable account controls.

03

Reactivation after the minimum period

The account remains excluded after the minimum period until the reactivation process is completed. Where online reactivation is available, you must request it, wait through the cooling-off period, and positively confirm that you want the restriction removed.

Stack.bet may keep an exclusion in place or require additional review where required for player protection, compliance, security, or account integrity.

Get support now

Self-exclusion is one protection tool. You can also use device controls, banking controls, a trusted contact, or a qualified local gambling-support organization. If gambling is affecting your finances, mental health, relationships, work, or safety, seek qualified professional help.

Stack.bet support is not an emergency or counseling service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in your location.
