FAQ
Expandable answers for the questions players ask most often about rounds, wallets, account access, and support.
When does the cash out button become active?
The cash out button appears when a round is live and becomes active after you place at least one valid tile. Before that point the value is still at the starting state, so there is nothing to secure.
Why does the bust chance increase after each tile?
Stackgame raises the next-tile risk as the stack gets taller. The multiplier climbs with that risk, so every additional tile gives a higher potential payout but also a higher chance that the round ends before you cash out.
Can I edit the stake while a round is live?
No. The stake is locked when you place the bet. The input returns after the round ends through cash out or bust, which keeps the live round state clear and avoids accidental stake changes.
What should I include when reporting a round issue?
Include your round ID, current multiplier, stake, whether you had already cashed out, the browser you used, and a screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual.
How do I avoid sending funds on the wrong network?
Open the wallet modal, select the currency, then select the network shown for that currency. Only send the matching asset on that exact network. If the sending wallet lists a different network, stop and contact support first.
Why is a deposit not showing immediately?
Deposits can take time because the network must confirm the transaction and the account ledger has to update. Check the selected currency, network, transaction hash, and minimum deposit note before opening a ticket.
Will support ever ask for my wallet seed phrase?
No. Stackgame support will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, one-time password, or remote access to your device.
Where do I check whether Stackgame is having an outage?
Use the Status page for current information about game rounds, wallet functions, account access, support response, and recent incidents.
